A left arm opening bowler, Errol has over 25 years of experience of Birmingham League Cricket, with 10 or 11 of those as Captain.

During 2000, Errol was in charge of Youth team coaching at Harborne. He is a Level 2 ECB coach, and has coached "all across the city", including schools, clubs, seniors, juniors and ladies cricket.

There were a number of reasons which attracted Errol to Harborne, including a quality full time groundsman, and the knowledge that Harborne is a ground with atmosphere and warm and friendly people (so be nice to him). He sees it as a challenge to Captain the 1st XI, hopefully to achieve the ultimate aim of returning to the Premier Division.
